What is "My Meets"?

"My Meets" is a special section found in the Menu, designed to keep track of the users you’ve met in a more private and organized way.

Here’s what you can do in "My Meets":

  • Leave a personal rating and comment: After a meetup, you can rate the user and leave a comment about your experience.

  • Share valuable feedback: Your comment will only be visible to others who have also met that user, creating a shared, private review system.

To access "My Meets," simply go to "Menu" → "My Meets."

How do I add a user to "My Meets"?

When an invitation is accepted, it will appear under "Invitations" → "Accepted." By clicking on this invitation, you’ll not only be able to view its details but also have the option to click on "We already met."

Once you select this option, you’ll be asked to confirm whether you’ve met with this user. If you confirm, the user will automatically be added to your "My Meets" list.

It’s an easy and organized way to keep track of your connections and meaningful interactions!

How do I delete, block, or report a user in "My Meets"?

To manage a user already in your "My Meets" list, follow these steps:

1. Access the user’s profile in "My Meets":
You’ll see three options:

  • Delete: Choosing this will remove the user from your "My Meets" list.

  • Block: This will also remove the user from your list, but you can unblock them later by going to "Menu" → "Privacy and Security" → "Blocked Users."

  • Report user: If you select this option, you’ll need to complete a report form that includes:

    • A category describing the situation.

    • A brief description of what happened.

    • A screenshot as proof.

2. Report outcomes:

Once the report is submitted, your Meetcoin will be automatically refunded, and Meetmate will review the case. If the report is valid, appropriate action will be taken against the reported user.

These tools let you manage your connections easily, ensuring your Meetmate experience is safe and enjoyable.
